After 14 days, all sales are final and non-refundable. Memberships are billed monthly, quarterly or annually and will continue unless cancelled. It is your responsibility to cancel. We do not offer partial refunds for time remaining in a subscription period. 

Failed payments on payment plans may be referred to a debt collection agency.
